Proceso Pre Mold
También conocido como proceso de "pre-curado". El hule usado en este proceso es previamente moldeado y precurado por el fabricante Michelin Retread Technologies (MRT). La banda apropiada es seleccionada basado en: diseño, ancho, profundidad y aplicada al casco. El casco es preparado agregandole hule cojín para sirva como pegamento entre la banda de rodamiento y el casco. La llanta pasa a su proceso de curado.
